A productive night at Sew Sociable for the April event with a range of mini workshops. Nicki from Being Knitterly ran a workshop showing how to make beautiful crochet flowers.
Tracy from Sew nothings impossible shed some light on working out the maths and showing how to do shirring.
The end result was a cute child’s dress.
Sarah from Crafty Sew & So gave a talk and demonstration about the different types of interfacing and their uses.
The month ahead we will be celebrating our second birthday! We have Lynda and the ladies from Project Linus returning to run a hand stitch quilt workshop which everyone will be able to take part in. The quilt will be made for this wonderful cause which you can hear more about on the evening.
As its our birthday there will of course be cake!! And maybe a few other treats up our sleeve. We hope you can make it.
